Find Ordered Pair?

In Geometry, if we have two Numbers and those two numbers are written in certain order. The order is generally, written in the parentheses in this form (6, 7), then the numbers is said to be order pair.
For example: (8, 9), (15, 16), (18, 20), (105, 106), all these numbers are in the order pair.
Order pair is used to show the Position on the graph, where the value of x- coordinate or horizontal value can be written first and the y- coordinate or vertical value written second.
Let the coordinate on the graph is (12, 5) then it shows that it is 12 unit along the horizontal direction and 5 unit up in the vertical direction.

Let’s see how to Find Ordered Pair of given equation. Suppose we have an equation as:
  6q = 9 – 3p; then find the order pair of the given equation?
Solution: Given, equation is 6q = 9 – 3p;
Now, put the value of p = 1 for finding the order pair:
On putting the value of p = 1 we get:

·         6q = 9 - 3*1;

·         6q  = 9 – 3;

·         6q = 6;

·         q =1;

So the values p = 1 and q = 1 is one possible solution of the equation, and we can write it as an ordered pair: (p = 1, q = 1), or we can write it as (p, q) = (1, 1).

If we put the value of p = 2:
On putting the value of p is 2 we get:

·         6q = 9 - 3*2;

·         6q = 9 – 6;

·         6q = 3;

·         q =1/2;

If we put the value of p = 2 then we get the value of q = 1/2, so (2, 1/2), which is another ordered pair which satisfies the equation. This is how to find the order pair of the given equation.
