Coordinate of a Point Between Two Points

A coordinate plane is a plane which is formed by Intersection of two lines perpendicular to each other (marked as x and y- axis). Now consider a Coordinate Plane in which we have x- axis and y- axis marked. x- axis consist of points marked as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on both the sides right side and on left side. Similarly, points on y- axis are marked as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on both sides of negative y- axis and on positive y- axis also. So we get the coordinate plane with four quadrants. As shown in the figure. Now to find coordinate of a Point between two points, we just have to make two points on the coordinate plane first. Let us take two points on first quadrant out of four quadrants in coordinate plane. The coordinate is (1, 2) i.e. 1 is the point on x- axis and 2 is the point on y- axis. As we have to find the point between two points so we have to take second point also, so let us take the second point in the 1 st quadrant itself, let it be (3, 4). Now here also we have point 3 on x- axis and point 4 on y- axis. Now the point between both points that is between (1, 2) and (3, 4) is (2, 3). This is the point which we have to find. Now Coordinate of a Point between two points and all four quadrants are shown below:

We can also take points in different quadrants like first point in the first quadrant where both 'x' and 'y' coordinates are positive and another point in second, third or fourth quadrant. Like if we take in second, we have x- coordinate as negative and y- coordinate as positive.
